What to Expect
The Spring Fitness Challenge is designed to build golf-specific strength and endurance over 30 days. Each day includes a structured workout targeting rotational power, core stability, hip mobility, and cardiovascular fitness — all the elements that translate directly to your game.
You will also receive a complete nutrition guide, access to our private community channel for accountability, and weekly check-ins with a Smashfactor coach. All fitness levels welcome — every workout includes modifications.
